ABOUT CYBERTED

CyberTED was created from a simple but important insight: many capable people struggle to move forward, not because they lack potential, but because they lack practical experience and real opportunity. After years of working across project delivery, recruitment, and corporate environments, we saw this challenge firsthand. Too often, qualifications alone were not enough to open doors. People needed more than knowledge — they needed confidence, application, and readiness for the real world of work. 
 
That is why CyberTED was built.

Stephne Jansen van Vuuren is a certified Project Manager with over 25 years of experience across the telecommunications and financial services industries. With a diploma in IT and extensive experience in placements and recruitment, Stephne developed deep insight into one of the biggest challenges facing many individuals today: being qualified, but not fully prepared for the demands and expectations of the workplace. That insight became the foundation for CyberTED. Her background in project leadership, business environments, and people development continues to shape CyberTED’s practical, empowering approach to growth and learning.
