Welcome to our support page! We are here to help you with any issues or questions you may have while posting vacancies, posting your resume, applying for jobs, or enrolling in a course. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible support experience, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need assistance.

  1. Navigate to the Home page and scroll down to Courses. (This can also be selected from the main menu under ‘LEARN‘)
  2. Select the course you wish to enrol by clicking the ‘Buy Now‘ botton. 
  3. You will be navigated to your cart where you can choose to ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  4. Enter billing details as prompted and place order.
  5. You will receive an email confirming your purchase with a link to access your course.
  1. Navigate to the dropdown option, ‘Submit Resume’ under main menu item ‘WORK.
  2. Complete the form and click ‘Preview
  3. Click ‘Submit Resume’ in the top right corner. 
  1. Navigate to the dropdown option, ‘Post a Vacancy’ under the main menu item ‘RECRUIT’.
  2. Complete details and click “Preview”
  3. If you are happy with your listing, click “Submit Listing”
  4. You will be prompted to choose an ‘Employer Package’. Make your selection and click ‘Listing Details’
  5. You will be navigated to Checkout where you can complete your billing details and process payment. 
  6. After the purchase is completed, you will receive an email link to set your password. 
  7. Ensure that you are signed in to view resumes and post vacancies.
  1. Navigate to the dropdown option ‘Vacancy Listings’ under the main menu item ‘WORK’.
  2. Open listing and click ‘Apply for Job’.
  3. Click ‘Submit Resume’ to submit your online resume if you have not already done so.
  4. Complete your details and click ‘Preview’
  5. If you are happy with your resume, click ‘Submit Resume’.
  6. Choose your online resume to use in this application.
  7. Write a short message and click ‘Send Application’.
